Rick Wu began fencing at the age of 12 at the Toronto Fencing Club. While training at TFC he represented Canada in the Cadet European Circuit, Junior World Cups, and Junior Pan American Championships. He then went on to captain the University of Western Ontario Varsity Men’s Fencing Team where he won multiple medals in the Ontario University Athletics Championships and was awarded MVP honours. Rick has been coaching since 2017.
